Dear Jim and fellow surface hippy members - a very special thank you to

this special site and to those of you who have responded to my questions

providing such great help for me in making my decision to have a

resurface. I too will be traveling on Feb 1 with Northwest/KLM and

have surgery with Dr. De Smet on the 4th,, staying at the Bed/Breakfast

then Holiday Inn, leaving on Feb 12th. . My husband I look forward to

meeting you while there. Thanks for posting and thank you again to all.

Seasons Greeting to you All!

I would like to thank everyone for all the helpful postings. I don't

think I

could have made his decision without all the help. My wife (Margaret)

and I

will be flying over with Lufthansa on Feb 1 and my operation will be on

Feb

4th with Dr. DeSmet. We are planning on staying until Feb 14th... Hotel

Europa and then the Holiday Inn.

If anyone else is planning on being there during this time I would love

to

hear from you.Any other pertinent information would be greatly

appreciated.
