Guest guest
Hi Judy, I don't feel any difference taking the DHEA. My levels were 50 when I started on it. The doctor had them made for me. It's 10 mg. Tammy Tammy, that's right about where my DHEA is without supplements (I think it's 105). Do you feel a difference with the higher level? If so, what brand of DHEA are you taking? Your TSH is great, but the Frees could come up a bit more. How do you feel? Are you getting any hyper symtoms at all?... Judy Can someone let me know how these labs look please? Thank you! TSH: .01: This is good...I have Hashimotos. T4, Free: 1.1: (.8-1.8) T3, Free: 307: (230-420) Dhea: 111: (25-220) I've been on 10mg. of DHEA for about 4 months now. Guest guest
Hi E, Thanks for your response. I'm on 3 grains of armour. I feel pretty good on this dose. The DHEA didn't make me break out and no tummy issues. The doc did move me up to 20 mg. at one time and it really made my heart race so I went back down to 10. Tammy Tammy: It looks like you have some good bloodwork there. It appears to be rather unremarkable. Maybe the frees could be higher...but that is a highly individual call. What dose are you on? The TSH is suppressed and that is excellent. Does the DHEA make you break out at all? Give you tummy issues? How are you feeling? ~E:)

Guest guest
Tammy: Well....you know then, it sounds like you are cruising along pretty good there. Now....sometimes if you were not feeling good...still feeling hypo, you could move up those frees, BUT there are times when a person could do that and have hypER symptoms or gets aches and pains or GET really sluggish. So..IT SOUNDS LIKE IN your case...you are doing well, and we don't need to go there. If you are doing well....then I would say CONGRATULATIONS....and leave well enough alone.
