Guest guest
Thanks ...i think i am back on the " wagon " ...and feeling better each day. Amazing enough i didn't gain anything, and actually weighed in less than pre-binge...(remember, i waiver about 6 lbs. either way in any given week, though i tend to stick right around 164...still trying to get out of the 160's)...go figure. So i am thinking that i am possibly not eating enough carbs and the " binge " kicked my metabolism up...any ideas?? Aradiann -- Re: Aradiann You better stay on track, girl! Guest guest
Thanks for the advice ! Every little bit helps...i think i wasn't getting in enough pre-Christmas and have re-evaluated my eating...so far, so good! Looks like i broke my stall!!! WOOHOOO!!!! Aradiann -- Re: Aradiann Hi Aradiann! Atkin's says that you should increase your carbs in 5 gramincrements. You could try that. Sometimes a shock of something differentshocks your body out of a rut. However, I would be careful adding too manycarbs into your diet, and also be careful about the types. For instance, Iwould add fruit and beans before I would add pasta. In fact, I am on themaintenance level (even though I am not at a maintenance weight, my doctorrequires me to not go below around 50 grams of carbs per day), but all of mycarbs come from fruit, vegetables and beans. I still eat no pasta or rice, andvery little bread. But I think you have to play around with what works foryou. Everyone is different.Good luck! I'm happy to give any advice and support I can!Warmly, . ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
