It took me a while to get organized and follow up on it, but as I

promised a few months earlier, here is a follow up.

Dh. Hashmi from Texas called the unilab here in Orange Co., CA and made

the necessary arrangements. He called me back to give me the names of

the people willing to draw the blood. All I had to do is call them and

arrange time (or different times for the whole family) for the draw.

Texas sent prepaid packages for Airborne express, which picks up from my

office. So, very organized, very thoughtful staff. Overall experience

- very positive.

For the ones reading about the genetic study for a first time: the

researchers are trying to isolate the gene or genes causing the

clubfoot. Hopefully the study will be successful and the clubfoot can

eventually be prevented from happening.... Anyway, I am hoping to

eliminate the problem for my kids, grand kids...
