Hi -

I'm pretty new, but here is my experience. I have been using a

natural progesterone cream since mid-October. I use one gram (1/4

teaspoon) topically each day, split between AM and PM. My naturopath

prescribed it after I had my hormone levels tested via a urine

collection test in September. I don't know how much the progesterone

(used in conjunction with 5 mg. twice a day of DHEA) has helped my

fibroid (it may be too soon for that, I don't know), but I believe it

has helped my menstrual migraines tremendously - I was getting 3 or 4

migraines every month around the time I got my period for the past

two or three years, and now the migraines have pretty much stopped -

I had one at the beginning of December during my period, and none

during my last period.
