Guest guest
We were in Iowa City on the 10th and talked to about getting some of his new shoes/sandels. He was going to send them to us. Her tenotomy cast can come off at the end of next week. I was wondering how long it took the rest of you to get the Michell shoes? Guest guest
, We're still waiting for ours. Our last appointment was April 30th! I finally called him (twice - the first time he didn't return my phone message) and he said I would get our shoes this past Thursday or Friday. But so far no shoes. Ugh! This stresses me a little bit because on something like this you need reliability. I would call him if I were you and let him know that you're waiting for your shoes, just to make sure it doesn't fall through the cracks. I think that he is overwhelmed and never anticipated the demand for his shoes would be this strong this quickly. My impression is that he's good at making the shoes, but doesn't have the time to *organize* the business side of things. This worries me a bit. If we don't get our new shoes by Monday I'm going to call Dr. Ponseti and let him know what's going on. Just thought you should know what is going on with us. I hope I don't cause too much worry with this, but I wanted to let you know that your situation may *need* a proactive approach (?!). and Sophia 12/8/03 bcf
