Guest guest
-Real quick sense work is over and it is time for me to head home. I used lemon juice about a cup and about 4 cups of water. Soaked some towels in it and wrapped the towels around the cast. Let is sit – helps if you cover it in bread bag or plastic wrap – for about 45 min then into the bath tub and start pealing. If they didn't leave a lump to start from you might need to use some kitchen (utility) scissor to start. There was usually extra room at the top that I could safely cut from. HTH. Guest guest
Hi , Oh, sorry you are dealing with this! When I was soaking 's casts off, I used the larger side of my double sink and filled with nice wamr water. The I just poured vinegar in. I would say about 1/2 - 3/4 of a cup but I am not sure since I didn't measure it. Make sure you massage the casts really well to work the water into them. We did a combination of cutting and unpeeling. Depended on if we could find the " end " of the plaster roll. We did use regular scissors and made sure that one of us held her still while the other one made small cuts. It usually took about 30 minutes -- for one cast. Good luck. If you need more help, email me off list and I'll send my phone number!
