Guest guest
Josie My hubby and i love GNC's Pro Performance (its 100% whey protein), but NOT their vanilla. We love it. He has tried Amplify and it is really good too but it costs a lot more...but there is more protein per serving. I have to admit that I am too lazy right now to look up how many grams (protein) per serving there are. We got the 6 lbs one and it was like $35. My son loves it too. We don't give him a full serving though. The chocolate is great with a banana in it. I know they have other favors. I htink one is chocolate carmel. I can't wait to try that! Good luck on MOnday! Guest guest
Surely you get protein from other sources too right? Meats? Cheeses? Soy? http://www.talksoy.com/Health/tHeartDisease.htm I'm having some Kettle Fried Turkey tonight for dinner. It's around 24g of protein a serving. I don't care to drink my protein at all but if my physiologist recommends I start one I'll do it, grudgingly. Guest guest
The best thing I can suggest is to just try different things & find something you like. But be aware your tastes may change after surgery!
