Guest guest
Hi All Today is my first day using ALA. I finally got all my alamgams removed. I feel a little fatiqued, and I think my yeast is acting up, my face is breaking out, and thats not normal for me. Is this normal? Is this some of the junk in my system coming out through my pores? Anything else I should expect? thanks, Lanna
Guest guest
You waited 3-4 months after the last replacement to start the ALA, right? --Lissy [ ] starting ALA on myself Hi All Today is my first day using ALA. Try an active yeast killer like GSE, see if that helps. >>Is this some of the junk in my system coming out through my pores? I have acne when I eat something I don't tolerate. One of my kids would get acne on his body if he had yeast, or if he had eaten a food or supplement he did not tolerate. Dana
