Guest guest
I could have sworn that Bob's Red Mill had a white teff flour- was I imagining things? I just checked their web site. Please reassure me that I'm not crazy- isn't there some GF company that offers it?

When I get home from Yosemite I will email you the details. It is http://www.teffco.com/. I just ordered their sampler pack today on the recommendation of a SillyYaks member. 5lbs of ivory teff (flour or grain) is $20 (includes shipping).
