One night of bad decisions...

....does not a disaster make. I'm trying to remind myself of that, after

having eaten five chocolate turtle cookies last night. I've been doing

really well since last Thursday, but last night in a moment of weakness

while I was watching television and after had gone to bed, I

gorged on these cookies. The rest of my day yesterday had been really

good, with tons of fruits and veggies and healthy foods, as had the

weekend and the Thursday and Friday before that. So I'm trying hard not

to let this one slip up get me down as they usually do.
