Nita, you can dip them in cream cheese or some other

dip. Another thing I have done is to put them in a

plastic bag with some melted butter and garlic salt

and shake them up. Not the greatest sub for garlic

bread, but not bad.

Quick ideas for pork rinds...

Nachos : brown some ground beef, add shredded cheese, sour cream, lettuce,

tomatoes and jalapenos

Dip em : cream cheese, sour cream, melted cheese, egg salad, tuna salad etc

Dessert: (1)pour on melted butter and sprinkle on splenda

(2)make a " mock bread pudding " by breaking them into small pieces,

mix in an egg, some heavy cream, splenda, cinnamon and nutmeg and bake till

done

Just be sure you don't use " flavored " pork rinds (I doubt bbq or spicy would

be good for " mock bread pudding " LOL) and try to find a brand that's lower

in salt. I've made it several times and loved it. Then I just omitted the

pork rinds and ended up making custard... and like that even more! hahahaha
