Hi Michele,

I noticed with my boys that when I did 3 days on 4 days off, they do

very well (both on the on and off days). But when I tried one round

of 3 days on and 11 off, they were more whiny and annoyed very

easily on the off days.

So we are definitly going to stick with the 3/4 schedule.

Have you tried the 3/4 schedule? If not, maybe that would be

something you may want to consider.

Hi ,

That's very interesting because we are doing 3days on 11 off right

now. We thought 3/4 would be too much for him but perhaps not! I

think we'll give it a try & see what happens. That would move him

along quicker too.

Thank you,

Michele

Some people find that adding sulfur foods to the diet, or using NAC or

other sulfur supplement, helps with this.

For my son, I discovered that 3/4 schedule worked best to keep the

regression down.

Occasionally I would give low doses of ALA between rounds, but not

when I was just at round 29.

Good luck.

Thanks!
