Do you have to have a special box or willany lamp do? Hi , I like a rainy day too once in a while. It is just when it is gray days on end that I get depressed. Thankfully I live in the Sunshine State (FL) so it is not so bad!! I am not sure what kind of light it is, if it is some special light or what. Sorry I cant be of more help on that subject.
