We tried 3 doses a day (every 8 hours); turned me into a zombie, so I went back to 2 a day. There's not much to do about it -- I take them at 10 am and pm, which kind of puts them in the least active parts of my day...unless I'm going somewhere at night, when I adjust the schedule as needed...
