Guest guest Posted August 16, 2005 Report Share Posted August 16, 2005 Hi whoever you are, I am a new member,54 years old diabetic since 1997.I found 2 hours of yoga of varying disciplines and eating very less rice & wheat based food keeps your body and mind at a far distance from glycemic conditions.
