had a look at the xrays that i recently sent to him. " There is not any

blackening because of bone going away, and I even have the impression that your

bone is getting stronger than it was before surgery, because you are stressing

the bone more today than prior to surgery " .

Now, i must mention here that i am teaching pilates, and doing yoga regularly.

Is the proof in the pudding?

I want you to all realize, that we do the best we can, only that, then, with the

peace of knowing that, there could never be any " should haves " or " could haves "

(because we did our best), we can be free from those certain regrets.

Total hip replacements, or hip resurfacings, just do the best you can.
