I really appreciate you and a and how you run this list. You have made it

a very comforting, fun, learning, caring, wonderful, supportive, informative,

(what else?) place to be. I actually consider this list my " 24/7 health

class. " I have been on many lists over the years and I have to say you gals

are the best! Thank you for letting this be such an open atmosphere!
