I think that some of you are confused as to the way the weight chart

works. Being a small, medium, or large frame has nothing to do with

your weight. It has to do with your bone structure. You need to

measure your elbow bone like it tells you to do: Hold your arm out

and bend it up at a 90 degree angle, turn your palm toward your

body. Put your fingers on the two bones that stick out on the sides

of your elbow. Measure the distance between your fingers. If you

are 4'10 " to 5'3 " and the distance is less than 2 1/4 inches, you

have a small frame. If the distance is between 2 1/4 inches and 2

1/2 inches, you have a medium frame. If the distance is more than 2

inches, you have a large frame. If you are 5'4 " to 6' and the

distance is less than 2 3/8 inches, you have a small frame. If the

distance is between 2 3/8 inches and 2 5/8, you have a medium frame.

If the distance is more than 2 5/8 inches you have a large frame.

THEN, you look at the chart and see if you fall into the acceptable

weight range for your height and weight. I hope this clears

everything up.
