Guest guest
Hi, Gracie, and welcome. Firstly, get the highest SPF sunscreen you can find. Wear a hat, and get used to swimming at night...or early in the morning before sunrise. I garden at night, too. When I want to go to the beach, we live in No. California, I wear a hat, and gallons of sunscreen. For me, it's worth the effort because I think I would die if I got too far from the ocean, but you have to make your own decisions about that. Sun is a no no, that's for sure. Also, TV and Computer screens have UV rays coming from them, and flourescent lighting, too. Oh, and I always take a large umbrella to the beach, or even just outside at home. It helps a lot, and I can still be outdoors that way. Hope that is helpful, hon. Again, welcome, and hugs, MM aka: Mike, one of the moderators
