Guest guest
You will find that most of the time with foot pain it actually worsens when you first get off your feet or when you get up after being off of them for a period of time. My arches have completely collapsed and the bones are actuslly turning in due to no support from the ligaments. I used to wear a size 6 1/2 and now I wear a size 81/2 due to my flat foodedness. Orthotics do help( at least with me).I sometimes feel that my feet are so fragile that they're going to crack apart. I have no meat or fat on them at all. I have had to put my orthotics in my slippers to wear around the house. If I don't my whole ankle will start throbbing. I wouldn't just write if off as low BP. Hope you find the cause!!
