Guest guest Posted September 12, 2004 Report Share Posted September 12, 2004 I lost 8.75 pound, inches and body fat! You guys are the best! I wasn't even on Fast Track yet. I went to Curves more often and my weigh in there in on the 10th of every month. Between August 9th and September 10th I lost the weight. Yes, I will be going out and buying a new scale today! I wanted to say, " Thank you Sue " and let everyone know she has been key in my decision not to have weight loss surgery and to continue working through this plateau.
