back to store but I was looking for a cheapy without IODINE but as you

can see the bottom where it lists ingrediants it says Sodium this and

that is that IODINE? Alyssa is confused!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Alyssa -

Sodium is salt. Sodium is NOT iodine. Iodized salt contains

iodine, and regular salt does not. That's all.

I notice it has 15 mg of zinc, but no copper to balance it. You

might need to add 2 mg of copper to this to get a good copper/zinc

ratio.

And it has no magnesium to balance the calcium. In fact, it's nice

that it has no iodine, but it also has very few of the other

minerals. Also I think that might be a lot of iron.

This is just my opinion. Hopefully someone else can clue you in with

another opinion. Personally I have yet to find a multivitamin and

mineral that has what I want. It's not an easy task.

Best Wishes,

Granny

Thanks Granny,

I know its not an easy task I was just trying to get out of spending

really big bucks on the stuff at the health food store that doesn't

have all the added stuff in it but if Sodium is not Iodine thats

cool.

I suppose I could add the Magnesium and copper. I suppose I could

use these up seeing where they are so cheap and all and just add the

Magnesium and copper.

Alyssa
