Well I stayed low carb if not on induction. Today i had over 64 oz water

(thanks to Kari) and still drinking. and I exercised for 40 minutes at 3.1

mph on the treadmill. My menu wasn't quite as good as all that but here is

what I had:

Breakfast

3 oz cashews 24 (egads)

2 slim jims 1.5

green olives 2

Lunch

turkey 0

beef stick 2

salad 2

blue cheese dressing 0

Snack

will be an atkins bar or dr. pepper and cream 2

total carbs 33.5

Actually not that bad, eh? Oh I may do a little yoga. My stomach is so big

it is probably bigger than Lyssa's.

How did you all do?
