I love it, too. Glad you do. And each week when you enter your weight you

see the change in percentage to goal, etc. It is a real incentive builder.

i will measure on the first and put them in to start.. according to that i

should weigh from 126- 162 so i am not too far overweight .. but my

personal goal is 145 so that gives me 25 to lose
