Guest guest
I contacted Dietary Specialty Co. because Austin has the red ears and diarreha again. I was wondering if some GF blueberry muffins I made from a Dietary Specialty Co. mix had casien. They sent me a list all of their products. The list shows which products have or don't have corn, yeast, casien, eggs, tomato, berries and chocolate. So far, we are only gluten and casien free. I know that a lot of you out there are avoiding corn, soy, etc. If you would like me to forward the attachment to you privately, let me know. I like their products. BTW, Santa put some Newman's dark chocolate candy bars in Austin's stocking. All ingredients were casien free. I went back to the package and found a note that the chocolate could be contaminated with milk chocolate. Michigan
Guest guest
Tropical Source candy bars are casein free. They're manufactured in Israel on dedicated lines and contain absolutely no trace of dairy and are both vegan and parve. I've been allowing my son to have them occasionally and they've been wonderful. I get mine at my local HFS, but I know that Whole Foods also carries this brand. Now we have to deal with his sensitivity to chocolate, but that's a different post. ( & Malachi's mom)
