Guest guest
Gee, I am confused, yesterday's lunch consisted of a handful of raisins, a small portion of almonds, and a plum. Oatmeal with raisins AM. Also, a spritzer of water with a splash of bottled White Cranberry/Strawberry (no Red#3 - Ocean Spray) - all day. Called the nuclear MD, and he said, " No Citrucel or MiraLax, too much sodium?? Have IBS to start, will be totally incapacitated by the end of this diet. I thought Dr. Ain said sodium was OKAY as long as it was not iodized.
