Guest guest
You've lost SO much weight! Congratulations! Can you share some? Like how long its taken you to get here, what size you used to be and am now, do you have a before and after picture? Just anything to encourage us. I have a friend who has lost 85 lbs with WW. She's flying to NY Nov 4th to be photographed for a WW magazine success story. To me that is so encouraging! I SO WANT TO BE A SUCCESS STORY! Whenever I get discouraged or am tempted to blow it big time that's what I tell myself. I want to be a success story.....and I will...may take me a while but I will. 231/195/150 > Terra, > Welcome back to WW! Guest guest
I work with her husband. He said it took her almost 3 years. She's lost around 85 lbs and has gone from a size 22/24 to a size 12. She did WW online which seems to me would be even harder than going to meetings. She's been at goal for almost a year now. She wrote to WW earlier this year and they called her in July saying she'd been picked to be a success story then they called her this month and set up the Nov 4th date for her to fly out and have her picture done. He said she had to send them before pictures and a notarized letter stating her weight lost was true. I love the success stories in the WW magazine. They really are encouraging to me. > , > > Tell us about your friend, too! How long did it take her and what size did > she start out, etc? This is encouraging! > Rhonda > You've lost SO much weight! Guest guest
Dear Beth, Terra and everyone, I too am in the very same boat! Money is tight and I will go to my first (yet again) WW mtg. on Friday. I hope to go 2 times a month (if they allow for that). In any event, not sure what starting weight I'm at (will find out Fri) however it's somewhere around 220. I want to also get down to 140 or 150 (not sure on that either! Anyway, I've been struggling with this extra weight for about 10yrs and truly am sick and tired of it so here I am now and raring to go! I'm in Northern Cal and can hardly wait to get to my first mtg! Becky
