Guest guest
Naomi - I would start with the Centrum type vitamin that mentioned and gradually add in extra calcium citrate, dry vitamin E, iron, sublingual B12, dry vit. A/D, and maybe biotin or a Hair, skin, and nails vitamin. I would recommend going to www.vitalady.com to check out what to buy. Her prices are very competitive and often the best buy. If you have questions, email her, she'll be happy to help you out. Take care.
