My surgeon recommends specifically Theragran M based on the good results in

his 30 years of WLS. I broke them in 1/2 for about 4-5 mos then started

taking them whole with no problems.

Get a good multi with Iron comparable with Centrum can be generic

Naomi - I would start with the Centrum type vitamin that mentioned and

gradually add in extra calcium citrate, dry vitamin E, iron, sublingual B12, dry

vit. A/D, and maybe biotin or a Hair, skin, and nails vitamin. I would

recommend going to www.vitalady.com to check out what to buy. Her prices are

very competitive and often the best buy. If you have questions, email her,

she'll be happy to help you out. Take care.
