Guest guest
It has been a long time since I have posted anything, but I read the posts daily. Caleb is now 3 and his right foot is turning in some. (He is still in his FAB everynight!!) Our local Pediatrican feels that the foot looks fine and that the turning is caused by the Tibia bone. We saw a local Ortho Dr. that wanted to put Caleb in a different type of brace, so off to Iowa we go. We don't do anything without Dr. Ponseti's opinion. It is a long trip from Savannah Georgia, but well worth the peace of mind. Our Appointment is Friday July 23rd if anyone will be there then! We are looking forward to seeing the staff at the Mc house again, almost feels like we are going home! Caleb gets around so well, he runs just as fast if not faster than other 3 year olds. We hope that Dr. Ponseti has an easy fix for the mild turning in. and Caleb 3-31-01 bilateral CF
Guest guest
Hi , I know Dr. P is the best, but wanted to let you know, in case you didn't already, there are 3 doctors in a group here in Atlanta that are on Dr. P's list of trained doctors. Sounds like you already have all of your plans made, but if you want info on the doctors here, please let me know. Guest guest
Louisa, Thanks for that information. We did meet the Dr.'s in Atlanta at a Conference that Dr. P was at a couple of years ago and they are very nice and I am sure that they do a great job. We did talk with Dr. ey at one point about coming to him for a check-up, but I felt like he felt unsure about Calebs follow-up due to him starting the Ponseti method later than most, and he had some problems caused by his previous Dr. here in Savannah. He told us that he would see him, but would feel better if we went back to Dr. Ponseti. Thanks, and Caleb 3-31-01 Re: Check-up for Caleb Hi , I know Dr. P is the best, but wanted to let you know, in case you didn't already, there are 3 doctors in a group here in Atlanta that are on Dr. P's list of trained doctors. Guest guest
Have a safe trip and at least once you see Dr. Ponseti your mind will be eased! (And if there are any problem you will have them taken care of.) Pam and (8-12-01) > It has been a long time since I have posted anything, but I read the > posts daily.
