Guest guest
Hi Joanne, I'll make an attempt to help you with your tuna sandwich! According to WW eTools (at WeightWatchers.com), here are the points values for water-packed tuna, drained: 2 oz 1.5 1/2 cup 3 Two Tbsp of Light Miracle Whip is 1 point Your bread is 1 point per slice (but you can do better than that! Oroweat makes a Lite Whole Wheat for 2 slices=1 point!!) From this information you can easily calculate your sandwich! You will discrepancies among lists of points values. I always yield to WW eTools on their website. Why? Because it's THEIR program and their website, and I figure, if they can't get it right, who can? LOL. By the way, there's no reason we have to use the entire can of tuna when making a sandwich! I've found that even 1 ounce (I prefer white albacore, water packed) with Mir Whip Light is plenty on a sandwich with free-point crunchy veggies included. Best wishes, Bette in CA
