FW:Presidential Challenge Progress bar issue

This is the response I got from those in charge of the Presidents Challenge

Web site. If you don't want to read on, it merely suggests that you enter

your information and if you have problems contact them immediately at

mailto:preschal@.... If you are in the Active Lifestyle program put

ALA in the subject line, and if you are in the Presidential Champion

program, put CHAMPS in the subject line.

I sent two emails, this was the response for individual, and the one for the

group was exactly the same. Hope it helps anyone still having trouble with

the progress bar.

Dear Ms. Stanton,

Please accept our apologies for any difficulties that you have

experienced with your President's Challenge account. Your patience and

understanding are greatly appreciated as we have experienced some

difficulties with the interactive activity log in recent weeks.

As a result of site improvements, enhancements and corrections

that we have been attempting to apply to www.presidentschallenge.org other

difficulties have become evident that were previously masked by the

programming that was in place. Through this process it became apparent to

our programming team that the multiple awards, point differential, and

Active Lifestyle Reset problems were hiding larger problems. These

problems have been rectified and through all of our testing with user

accounts we have not been able to duplicate any of the aforementioned

problems.

While we have tested many of the accounts we have not been able to

test and correct all of the accounts. We have established programming

that will correct this problem when you log activity for those accounts

that we were unaware of or did not have the opportunity to correct.

Please check your President's Challenge account and log a new activity to

verify this correction. If a problem still persists please contact us

immediately. If you are enrolled in the Active Lifestyle Program, please

reference " ALA " in the subject line. If enrolled in the Presidential

Champions

Program, please reference " CHAMPS " in the subject line. This will assist us

to

resolve your difficulties in a more timely manner.

Again, the President's Challenge Program apologizes for any

inconvenience these programming changes may have caused you.
