Since I have been taking the vitamins/glandulars and Armour my breast

size has

increased enormously as has my weight. This morning when I woke up, my

breasts

hurt so much. I have never experienced so much pain in my breasts.

The only things that can be causing this are the supplements or the

Armour.

Since it is all related I wanted to find out what is causing this.

My doctor had a hair analysis done and the company designed a

supplement regime

(theirs) that included vitamins, glandulars etc....

The products that contain glandulars that I am taking:

1)Adrenal Complex that besides vitamins includes:

Adrenal Concentrate (Bovine) 80mg

Betaine ? 20mg

2)Para -Pack a multi vitamin, mineral and glandular formula

Aside from the vitamins and other ingredients the glandulars are "

Adrenal Concentrate (bovine) 5mg

Pituitary concentrate (bovine) 5mg

parotid concentrate (bovine) 5mg

I am also taking HCL Plus that contains Pepsin with Ox Bile.

All the products contain Betain

The bottles say " take 1 tablet 3x a day " but they have me taking

2 tablets 3x a day.

Can these be the cause of my breast swelling & pain and my weight

increasing?

Can they increase the production of estrogen?

Where can I find information on the effects of glandulars?

And how can I reverse the effects?

I am over this and am ready to throw in the towel.

thanks

Breast tenderness and increased size are caused by one thing, ESTROGEN.

Progesterone will help balance this no matter the source. I know nothing of your

supplements except Armour. Armour does not cause breast tenderness or enlarging.

If you cannot find the source for estrogen that your body is getting it may be

that one of the glandulars is stimulating it in some way, but you will need to

do research on the glandular products to see which has this side effect. Armour

has been around for so many years it's effects and possible effects are well

known and published. This is not one of them I have read anywhere. Nor have I

experienced it even taking 7 grains a day.

you could also be getting estrogen as a phytoestrogen - like the

ones found in soy. There are other sources as well - like some

common plastics.

I used to have very sore breasts and two things I found that worked very well

before I started using progesterone cream were Vit E 400iu x twice a day and

extra B6 - at least 100mcg in addition to a multi B

Lynda (in the UK)
