Guest guest Posted June 9, 2004 Report Share Posted June 9, 2004 ALA should work fine for antimony and besides the antimony is mostly there because mercury increases its retention - clearing the mercury will let the antimony come out. For methylating supplements you don't have to follow any particular schedule. It is OK to do that and ALA chelation at the same time. Folate and folic acid are the same in this context (one is protonated, one deprotonated in a chemical sense).
