Guest guest Posted June 16, 2004 Report Share Posted June 16, 2004 I have a fruit marinade that goes like this..Put the fruit in it and refrigerate until serving.. keeps from browning...Does anyone have another way of keeping fruit for making the trays ahead.. 1/2 cup orange juice 1/4 cup water 1 TBS lemon juice Of course the amount you make will depend on the amount of fruit used.
