Help!...Fustrated with DBB!!!

Hi again everyone. I hope some of you can help me. I am so fustrated

with Ethan's DBB, I don't know what else to do. I am making sure that

his shoes are tight enough, sometimes too tight in my opinion, but he

still manages to pull his right foot out at least twice a day. It is

still buckled and tied. I don't know what to do. Now when I look at

his foot, I swear it is starting to turn back in. Our next appointment

is this Friday, but I am not sure I should wait that long. Hope

someone has some good advice! Thanks a bunch!
