Amy, just my opinion, but I don't think you are eating enough. I would also try

to avoid so many processed foods - slim jims, hot dogs, shakes, and concentrate

on " real " foods. Also, since Dianne isn't here to say it, LOL, you need some

vegetables in there too!

But you are on track, and that is great! Keep up the good work!

I know!!!! Its just that it has been hectic--since its between the

holidays. In my family, traditionally a time for visiting, etc. Plus, we

were waiting for payday to do the grocery shopping--stocked up on salad,

veggies, etc. so I'm good to go. Now, I'll be cooking regularly again so

eating less of the " on-the-road " junk food. I figured it was better to eat

low-carb junk then high carb " real food " given the social situations I was

in. The point of all of the above is to let you know I promise to be a

veggie monster again in the near future!!!! Thanks for caring & pointing out

what improvments need to be made. I really appreciate it!!
