Guest guest Posted August 26, 2004 Report Share Posted August 26, 2004 Plain fat free yogurt remains a core food if you add fruit to it. It is still core if you add Splenda. The danger is you might eat too much of it. Try to remain in your comfort zone when eating. The recipe book is coming out soon for core foods and should help there. I am looking forward to daily menus too. When we were on the program this summer they told us to eat it as the program was written and not deviate to much. Any thing not core counts as your weekly allowance. The ones who last the most weight on it were the strictest.
