Guest guest
> Can anyone tell for certain if it is safe to give GSE everyday. I gave it everyday when my son had yeast. Now I give it with each dose of Lauricidin, because that causes yeast for my kids. This can translate into " everyday " for them, and I have had no problems. It can slow down phase I liver metabolism, which is generally not a problem if your child is normal or fast, but can be a problem if he is slow already, so be careful of that. If you have not noticed a problem so far, then you *should* be okay. How much do you give per day? Dana

That sounds " reasonable " to me. > Where can I find out more about phase 1 liver metabolism???What > should I be looking for? I don't know. Andy [from this message board] mentioned it, so you can try searching the archives if you want. It would be many months ago. If your child is on an SSRI medication, GSE and other grapefruit products are not recommended, for this reason. Dana
