Maureen Having Surgery Monday Clear DayI will be having a hysterectomy Monday morning so tomorrow night I will be going " special notices " because I don't know how long I will be away from my computer. I am going to try to make good food choices after surgery because I won't be able to exercise for a while. Would everyone please wish me luck as I am getting a little, well maybe a lot, nervous about the surgery. I'll just be glad when it is all behind me and I can get on with the business of getting this weight off and keeping it off. I do wish it was already off because I know the recovery would be a lot easier if I wasn't overweight. Anyway, thanks for your prayers and happy thoughts. In His Grip! Her recoop time was nothing and since they started doing the procedure differently for most women (no longer going through the stomach) this DEFINITELY helps! Just " try " to count your points and do what you can.
