Keeping you in my prayers!

Maureen

Having Surgery Monday

Clear DayI will be having a hysterectomy Monday morning so tomorrow night I

will be going " special notices " because I don't know how long I will be away

from my computer. I am going to try to make good food choices after surgery

because I won't be able to exercise for a while. Would everyone please wish me

luck as I am getting a little, well maybe a lot, nervous about the surgery.

I'll just be glad when it is all behind me and I can get on with the business of

getting this weight off and keeping it off. I do wish it was already off

because I know the recovery would be a lot easier if I wasn't overweight.

Anyway, thanks for your prayers and happy thoughts.

In His Grip!

Betsy from NC

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he

trusteth in thee. Isaiah 26:3

Each morning I wake up,

I choose to take a step forward,

A step back, or remain the same!

I'm sure you'll be just fine. My mother had this done 2 years ago and she was

out of the hospital in a day. Her recoop time was nothing and since they

started doing the procedure differently for most women (no longer going through

the stomach) this DEFINITELY helps!

Just " try " to count your points and do what you can. You'll do great.
