JPJeffries' THIRD day... my points record from wwonline

Hi all,

I've only been doing this 3 days and have not been careful enough to not dip

into my flex points. does anyone know if this is a problem?

Anyway, I'm done for tonight except for water and another tbsp of ice cream

if I get desperate (1/2 pt each time).

PS - I KNOW I seriously wasted points my first evening by self medicating

exhaustion with two cups of pepsi and an extra slice of pizza for dinner :-(

Hi JP - I couldn't really read your points, but I wanted to encourage

you...the first week I was at WW I ate 29 of my flex points in one meal.

(Beer and pizza) and I still lost weight that week.

I rarely do that anymore~I tend to spread my flex points out over the

week now. But every now and then I just splurge and have a high point

meal (usually when I go out on a date with my hubby).

I'm a firm believer in eating the flex points. Now, that doesn't work

for everyone...but for me...I eat almost all of my flext points every

week. I figure, if I'm losing, I'm going to eat those flex points! No

sense in cutting back NOW and then hitting a plateau and having nothing

to cut back on.

Without trying too hard I’ve managed to not screw up too badly this week.

I need to find out the points for pez as I ate ½ a pkg yesterday and the

other ½ today…. I’m sure that ate up my parts of points left over and maybe

even nudged me into the flex points.
