Anyway, I'm done for tonight except for water and another tbsp of ice cream if I get desperate (1/2 pt each time). (Beer and pizza) and I still lost weight that week. I rarely do that anymore~I tend to spread my flex points out over the week now. But every now and then I just splurge and have a high point meal (usually when I go out on a date with my hubby). I'm a firm believer in eating the flex points. Now, that doesn't work for everyone...but for me...I eat almost all of my flext points every week. I figure, if I'm losing, I'm going to eat those flex points! I need to find out the points for pez as I ate ½ a pkg yesterday and the other ½ today…. I’m sure that ate up my parts of points left over and maybe even nudged me into the flex points.
