Well feel free to ignore this, however posting my journal daily is helping me to

stay on track, I really, REALLY fell off the WW wagon there for a bit . . .

thanks for letting me clutter up your mailboxes! Today was a good day, I met my

veggies, milks etc. and exercised. Didn't sugar dive too much and got plenty of

pages in today on my book.

Morning
