Thanks so much for your responces to my question on trying Core

out..It is like venturing into new pastures, but if I choose to do

it, I may do as Heidra said and still journal until I am

comfortable.. I read of how so many people feel so much better on it,

that it makes me wonder too...again thanks a lot....Kallie
