My Lawyer said that we should be getting the call to let me know that i'l lbe going in front of the judges some time in Jan....I'll see the judges in Feb. I really hope so!!! I started this process in fall 2002. The attorney claims the place they review cases or whatever is way, way behind. Well, the longer they take the more stuff that happens--like it spreading!
