Guest guest
Angel, You just have to keep hitting the " next " button to scroll through the next oldest group of messages. It's onerous, but in order to get all the way back to last summer or fall, you can just keep hitting " next " until you get that far back. The other thing you can do is to punch in the number for a post in that " era " and then search around until you find it. We used to be able to search all the posts using the archive key-word search with just one click, but now you have to search them in sections starting with the most recent. I haven't quite figured out an easier way to do it yet. > Can someone tell me how to search *way back* in the archives. Every time I try, I can only go back a few weeks ...? What I am wanting is the old messages from Audra. I noticed a message on the other list about a doctor in Lubbock, TX and I could be wrong but I think it is the same doc that Audra first too Asa to ... not only that, but I want to refresh my memory about some things from those messages. They would have been summer and fall of last year. > > Angel > >
Guest guest
Angel, Here are some of the prior messages about Dr. Godfried of Texas Tech in Lubbock. I am not certain, but believe that he is not in Lubbock anymore. In April 2001, I talked to a Dr. Godfried who indicated that he had learned about the Ponseti method while at Children's Memorial om Chicago in 1999. He went on to use the Ponseti method with great success at Texas Tech in Lubbock. He indicated that he began using the Ponseti method 5 years ago (1999) while he was in Chicago with Northwestern University's Medical School and/or it's affiliate Children's Memorial Hospital. He said that at that time, when he tried to get other doctors he was working with to consider the success he was experiencing with the Ponseti method, that there was not much interest. He said that in (October 2000) at the U of Iowa training that there were Dr.'s there from both Northwestern's Children's Memorial as well as the Loyola Medical School. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/nosurgery4clubfoot/message/6881 Dr. Godfried also reported at the 2002 POSNA Conventions that he had used the Ponseti method with 95% non-surgical success with 42 clubfeet. http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/nosurgery4clubfoot/message/14343 and (3-17-99) > Can someone tell me how to search *way back* in the archives.
