Guest guest
I am going to try a new recipe for Valentines day for my sons Preschool class and ABA class. I saw it on the Rosie O'Donnell show a couple of weeks ago. The resemble a small round rock, but the good thing is they can be molded into any shape to resemble whatever you want. Put about 1/2 jar of peanut-butter powdered sugar to make a firm consistency GFCF rice krispies some GFCF choc chips Once firm and formed into a big ball put in refrigerator to harden a little. In microwave or double boiler melt down GFCF choc.chips. form the dough into any form you want. Dip into the melted choc.chips and place on wax paper to dry. You can decorate with anything you want ( GFCF of course ). Hope I helped, if any questions please feel free to e-mail me privately. And of course you can get GFCF chocolate chips and I'll bet peanut butter chips as well. Good luck. It sounds good.

Guest guest
Can you substitute the peanut butter cookie or Ethel's Sugar Cookies for the vanilla wafers? SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK- 1/2 CUP POWDERED DAIRY ALTERNATIVE (i.e. Dari-FreeÔ ), +3/4 CUP SUGAR+2 TABLESPOON MARGARINE + ½ TEASPOON XANTHAN OR GUAR GUM. Directions: Combine all ingredients, mix well. Bring to slow boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil for one minute, or until thick and bubbly, stirring constantly. Chill until cool before adding to recipe > My son's class is studying rocks now, and his teacher is planning to cook a > dessert in the classroom that contains vanilla cookies, condensed milk, > chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips.
