I walked today in Shubie and realized how much more interesting it is to

walk around civilization even though nature is beautiful it is not as

exciting. Then I saw a car coming so I hitched hiked.

yeeeeeaaaaa!!!!! good for you, paula. Keep up the good work. I

walked 2 miles tonight. The weather here is cool. So it was almost

enjoyable. Joanne

Yeah, it's cool here too. So you did aerobics this morning and walked 2

miles tonight? That is terrific. No wonder you aren't gaining weight from

quitting smoking. Good job. The secret to weight control is excercise.

When I went to a real weight loss doctor specialist that is what she told me

over and over again.

Eight miles????? Oh my God. What kind of stretching do you do?

I spent the afternoon walking with My Atkin's Buddy Dianna.

SHe gave me Protein Power to read back in May of 99.

SHe went off Atkins and gained 25 pounds doing WW.

Now she is back to Low Carbing and has decided to do

the Avon 3/Day 60 mile walk with me.

We went for 3 walks, totaling over 8 Miles. ;o))

I think I'll start calling her my Walking Buddy.

We are planning to walk one Long Walk a week.

Well i intend to. Boy is it cold here. A total change in weather. We had

quite the INdian summer up til yesterday. but i have to do housework first

which if i don't get going will keep me from walking or even enjoy8ing this

day. Lots of clutter to deal with.

stand on a stair step with my toes and lower

my heels.

Okay so I forgot someone was working my first two hours today because

I worked for them earlier this week, and came to work anyways. I was

going to go outside to walk for an hour before I had to actually

start work, however it just started pouring like yesterday, so it's

going to be aboring day. when i get home we're going grocery

shopping which will be a good thing since we're out of veggies and

cereal and bread and fruit and actuall things to make dinner with

because we ate so well and so healthy this week. we did great. and

i forgot my lunch again today and am out of cereal at work so i

stopped at the grocery store got a smart ones pizza is 8 points for

the one i got. i also got a yogurt and an apple for breakfast.
