Guest guest
--My son is 5 now and at 2 had a hair test showing the same levels of antimony and lead and he was normal in EVERY way x-cept he would slap me when he did not get his way and was a terrible sleeper. He would also pull the cats tail and fur (wich can be typical in a 15 month old) but when I tried to tell him no he would get angry and hit me and no matter how many times I tried to teach him NO it would haave no effect. As he got older toward 2 he started to have sensory issues and ocd issues with the rest of his speech, comprehension, socialization, completely fine and on the money and even way ahead in his learning. So I think things could change rapidly over the next 6 months. I would not get him ANY more shots either. My son is doing much better but life was a nightmare because his behavior was so bad. As he got older and obsessed over everything he would throw tantrums that rocked the house may times a day and even if he woke in the middle of the night he would start screaming. Lead does effect behavior I am convinced. It is weird as all you hear about lead is IQ problems but my sons IQ is high. BEHAVIOR is our issue. We didnt start any intervention until he was 2.5 as we did not know about all this until then. I wish we had known when he was 15 months old. Guest guest
I would definitely chelate him. The sooner the better. The lead alone is scary. 4 hour DMSA dosing. Also try to figure out WHERE he is geting the stuff! Which among toher things means youi get a hair test yourself.
